A Clear Vision. A Real Plan.

The Central Police Department needs more than good intentions. It needs steady leadership, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to serving the community with integrity and accountability.

My approach is built on four core pillars:  Community Investment, Community Policing, Responsible Planning, and Ethics & Integrity. Together, they form a practical, measurable framework for improving public safety, strengthening trust, and preparing the department for what comes next.

This is not about slogans or soundbites. It’s about investing in people, supporting officers with clear expectations and training, engaging the community in meaningful ways, and managing resources responsibly.

It’s a plan designed to work on Day One.  To build a stronger department for years to come.

Why Am I Running

In recent years, our police department has struggled with internal alignment at the highest levels, and that lack of cohesion has affected cooperation, consistency, and ultimately public confidence.  Central PD lacks identity and vision.

My focus isn’t on criticism, it’s on rebuilding unity, restoring trust, and creating a shared vision where leadership works together and the community sees one clear standard of professionalism and accountability.

Strong departments are built on clear leadership, teamwork, and shared purpose. When those elements weaken at the top, the effects are felt throughout the organization and into the community it serves.  Rebuilding that cohesion is essential to restoring trust, morale, and the department’s reputation. And that is a responsibility I am prepared to take on.

I’m not a politician. I’m a public servant. And I’m ready to serve again—this time, at home.

Leadership that Serves

I began my career on the streets, I understand what officers face daily, because I’ve been there.

As I advanced in my career, I was entrusted with overseeing major federal investigations, managing budgets, allocating resources, and working with agency and legislative staff in an ever changing environment.

As your next Chief of Police, I’ll lead with both boots-on-the-ground insight and big-picture leadership. I’ll invest in our youth to build our future, engage the community in partnership to enhance crime prevention, and ensure that every dollar spent serves the mission and respects the taxpayer.

I’ve worn the uniform. I’ve led at the highest levels. I know what it takes to protect and serve—because I’ve done it.
